Administrative assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, preferably in an office setting where client/case-specific tasks are performed. This will be a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • File management from start to finish
  • Counseling on client matters within the professional scope
  • Scheduling consultation dates and other appointments
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence
  • Legal document preparation (training provided)
  • Maintaining an in-house correspondence system
  • Assisting other team members as required
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Managing reception when needed
  • Implementing and participating in marketing activities

Qualities Desired:

  • Comfortable handling telephonic conversations with clients
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Willingness to work independently and within a team
  • Above-average proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
