  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle logistical arrangements and send invitations.

Communication Handling:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Draft emails and memos on behalf of supervisors.

Office Coordination:

  • Ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage supplies and equipment.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare agendas and distribute materials.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Input information accurately into databases.
  • Maintain organized records and generate reports.

Document Preparation:

  • Assist in creating documents and presentations.
  • Ensure professional formatting and proofreading.
