Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs and plans for construction projects - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements - Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule - Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process - Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology Skills: - Strong business development skills to attract new clients and projects - Proficiency in project management to effectively oversee all aspects of a project - Experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop and Excel - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with clients and vendors - Knowledge of construction estimating to accurately assess project costs - Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members - Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Note: Please do not include any contact information in the job description.
