Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Development Consultant Overview: Our company is seeking a talented Microsoft Power Platform Development Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of custom solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform for large organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience with consulting services, design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of custom Power Platform solutions for large organizations. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Power Platform development projects. Ensure successful deployment and post-deployment support for Power Platform development projects. Provide consultation services to clients on Power Platform best practices and design approaches. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Power Platform development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Power Platform solutions. Skills Required: At least 5 years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions for large organizations. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with developing custom connectors, plugins, and custom controls. Strong understanding of data modeling and data integrations using CDS. Experience with Azure and SharePoint integrations. Experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP applications with Power Platform solutions. Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation package for this role will be competitive and will be based on the experience and skills of the candidate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Power Platform certifications such as Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, or Power Platform Solution Architect would be an advantage. Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint would be an advantage.
