You will need excellent linguistic skills, attention to detail, a thorough understanding of the end to end creative production process and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery in collaboration with other departments. You will be client focused and require good communication, organization, and time management skills to manage your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability. This will be client facing in a hybrid work environment. Senior Project Managers own the brief and build through deliver of projects and intimately understand full production process for print, digital, and moving image (video). They are responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification including driving creative excellence, and on budget. Project Managers must demonstrate a good understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, post production process and the flexibility to lead a diverse and dynamic team ranging from creatives to designers and editors to deliver balanced integrated solutions. The project manager is everyone's point person for the project. Team members rely on them for everything they need to know about a project. Project Managers relay information about timing, scope, budgets, resources and changes to the project plan. The talent that will succeed in this role thrives in a hybrid position leaning into both Producer and Project Manager responsibilities.The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skill and have a desire to learn. They will have a passion for production, as well as marketing and advertising.ResponsibilitiesCommunicationThe key day-to-day project contact with local client points of contactPossesses accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing of client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns.Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables Communicate with Creative agencies through to media with our production team in the middleDeliver client feedback and drive changes for re-reviewCollaborationCreate a sense of partnership between Client Services, Project Management, Creative and Finance leads across channels to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end resultEnsures team members feel personal accountability for deliverables and projects, engaging in all aspects of team assignments driving towards progress, actions and resultsDevelops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)Quality Control Responsibilities:Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followedEnsure all parties are aware of brand and QC guidelines, ensure internal summaries are developed and distributed if necessaryHighlight and escalate quality control issuesProject Management Responsibilities:Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and Agencies)Manage Multichannel campaignsConsistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIsManage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest qualityManage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clientsMonitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendationsFollow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools - FIDO, Workfront etc.Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clientsEnsure schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to account leadKeep AD updated on status of projectsCollate any information needed for input to client reports and presentationsEnsure that trackers are updated at all timeManage and oversee project health, and financial responsibility from estimation to billing, and reporting including burn, ultiilization and costs.Internal Responsibilities:Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and cross agency collaboration within WPPDemonstrate an understanding of the internal organizational structure - who to go to for all eventualitiesEnsure your line manager is aware of your workload, issues and successes etc.Escalate any issues to your line managerRespond to requests from senior managementEnsure timesheets are submitted and completed on timeProvide detailed handover notes/briefings and arrange suitable cover (if required) to ensure all work can be managed in your absenceClient Management Responsibilities:Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offeringSet and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframesEnsure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the processIdentify training requirements and opportunities for clients to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflowEscalate all serious client issues to your line manager immediately and recommend solutions wherever possibleIdentify areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes which could benefit Hogarth and/or the clientBuild strong day to day relationships with all clients and agency stakeholdersAttend/lead client meetings where necessaryProvide agendas and detailed contact reports following all client meetings (face to face and phone calls)Financial Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policiesAssist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance functionPrepare accurate cost estimates based on contracted rates and ensure all estimates are approved by ADContribute to budgeting and forecasting processHelp develop initiatives to maximize profitabilityFinancial tracking, revenue reporting, burn reporting etc. Qualifications4-7 years of project management or production experience in an agency or similar environmentSolid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies Experienced on multichannel campaignsA professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environmentAbility to manage small projects or components of complex project, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budgetCan show experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating statements of workDemonstrates an ability to solve problems with the solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the projectAccountability and calm, confident presenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsNatural and effective collaboratorFluent oral and written EnglishHighly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactiveTeam player able to execute tasks independentlyDeep sense of curiosity and a passion for asking questionsDiversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
