This unique and first-of-its-kind project is not merely a single build; it's the precursor to a potential series of eco-friendly homes, marking a significant step towards sustainable living. Compensation will be commission-based, contingent upon the project's approval by investors. Your Role: As the Architect and Interior Designer for this project, you will be responsible for designing a home that could redefine eco-friendly living. Your work will be instrumental in obtaining investor approval and will set the stage for future Eco-Home models. Compensation: While there is no upfront payment, the commission is negotiable and will be reflective of the project's success post-investment approval. Responsibilities: Innovatively design the Eco-Home Model 1, setting a precedent for future projects. Collaborate with our team to ensure the project aligns with our sustainability goals. Create compelling design proposals to attract and secure investor funding. Requirements: Proven track record in architecture and interior design, with a focus on sustainable, eco-friendly projects. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and a commitment to environmental sustainability. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to take risks and embrace the challenges of a start-up environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire investors and stakeholders.
