    What will your typical day look like?

    The Office of the Global CEO is seeking an experienced communications professional to join our experienced team to manage and drive a broad range of projects and strategic initiatives from start to finish. These high-visibility projects and activities are guided by Deloitte?۪s strategy, in support of the priorities set by the Global CEO and Executive Team.

    This position will report to Senior Managers/Directors in the Office of the Global CEO and will team with members of the Office of the Global CEO and with other professionals who support senior leaders across the network. The role will have opportunity to coachmorejunior professionals both within the internal comms team and the broader OCEO department.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, be able to work under tight deadlines, and effectively collaborateandnavigate across the organization. The candidate will have demonstrated strong project management experience, analyticalskills,communications experience, and business acumen, with an interest in supporting internal communications, projects andoperations. Inthis fast-paced, integrated, teaming environment, there will be times that extended hours or weekend work will be required.

    Key responsibilities include the following.

    • Develop briefings to support the Global CEO?۪s internal engagement activities.
    • Draft, review and manage the briefingprocessfrom inception with Global / Member Firm stakeholders through to completion.
    • Draft, review, and manage the scripting, recording, post production and approval of videos of the Global CEO.
    • Support the development and execution of an overall internal communications plan for the CEO.
    • Contribute extensively to key internal engagement projects including the Deloitte World Meeting, Deloitte NewPartnerSeminar and Global Impact Report.
    • Manage internal communications platforms including secure document, video and podcast (audio) content.
    • Work with other teams within the Office of the Global CEO on communications projects.
    • Collaborate with other teams across the Global organization as well as Deloitte member firms in geographies aroundtheworld, on key internal communication and engagement activities and projects.

    • Proven stakeholder management skills, building effective relationships with senior executives at Global and MF levels.
    • Bachelor?۪s Degree; minimum 6-8 years?۪ experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills and experience.
    • Ability to think and work independently to carry forward projects from beginning to end.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Confident with Office 365 applications including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint online.
    • Internal communications, corporate communications, PR or marketing background.
    • Ability to interact, work with, and advise senior leadership in a complex, matrix organization.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
