Friday ➡ Full time work week (42.5h) ➡ 6am to 3pm ➡ *this schedule requires a MANDATORY PAID OVERTIME SHIFT (6am-3pm) on EVERY SECOND SATURDAY*AFTEROONS:Monday - Friday ➡ Full time work week (42.5h) ➡ 2pm to 11pm ➡ *this schedule requires a MANDATORY PAID OVERTIME SHIFT (2pm-11pm) on EVERY SECOND SATURDAY*➡SCHEDULE TWO:DAYS:Tuesday-Saturday - Full time work week (42.5h) - 6am to 3pm ➡ *there are no overtime shift requirements for this schedule*AdvantagesWhat's in for you??➡ You'll be receiving a great hourly rate of $23/hr➡ Both day AND afternoon shifts are available with different schedules to choose from➡ Overtime is available - large retail hardware warehouse/storefront with products geared towards professional contractors➡ Very desirable company culture - fast paced but low stress - when your shift is done you don't have the pressures of work following you home➡ Free parking on site➡ Immediate start dates availableResponsibilities➡ Efficiently operate a Cherry Picker AND Reach Truck whenever needed to assist in picking orders (90% of the tasks require MHE operation)➡ Effectively perform MANUAL order picking tasks using physical strength (10% of the tasks will be manual picking)➡ Proficiently read and follow both digital and paper picklists to build outgoing orders for customers➡ Keep track of products using RF scanners➡ Report any missing, mislabeled, or damaged products to supervisors with urgency➡ Ensure all orders are packaged correctly and skids are built with structural integrity to ensure safety of products during shipping processes➡ Any additional tasks relating to order picking, MHE operation, or general warehousing as directed by managementQualificationsWhat requirements MUST be met in order to be considered for the role??➡ Must have BOTH Cherry Picker and Raymond reach license (candidates with expired licenses may be considered if they are willing to recertify ahead of interview forklift driving tests at their own expense - approx $100-200)➡ Must have at least one year of experience operating both types of material handling vehicles and have valid licenses for both➡ Must have at least two years of previous experience working in warehouse/distribution environments in roles where order picking/MHE operation was a large focus➡ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs➡ Must be available to work full time schedules on either day, or afternoon shifts➡ Must be willing to work an overtime shift every second Saturday for shift schedules where this is a requirement➡ Must be looking for a long term opportunity -
