Key Responsibilities ReferralPlus Implementation : Tailor and optimize ReferralPlus for our post-acute healthcare clients. Configure workflows to meet specific needs, ensuring a seamless client experience. Technical Problem Solving : Analyze the unique challenges in post-acute care and develop technical solutions within our platform. Use your database knowledge and scripting skills to boost platform functionality and user experience. Client-Centric Approach : Create user guides, documentation, and conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals using ReferralPlus. Qualifications Healthcare Industry Experience : Prior experience in post-acute care highly valued. Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in relational databases, SQL queries, scripting, HTML forms, CSS, JavaScript, and PDF forms. Learning & Communication : Quick learner, especially in configuring the ReferralPlus workflow platform. Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with diverse teams and healthcare professionals. Analytical & Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Attention to Detail : Mention the word “SNIFF” at the top of your application or email.
