The Vice President of Data Strategy and Digital Solutions will be a key leader responsible for shaping and executing our organization's data strategy while driving the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend a deep understanding of data management, analytics, and digital technologies to achieve business objectives.Duties & Responsibilities: Data Strategy LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.Establish policies, standards, and procedures for effective data management and governance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.Digital Solutions DevelopmentLead the ideation, design, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance business processes and customer experiences.Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.Application ServicesOversee the implementation and on-going support and maintenance of all enterprise applications and data collection systemsWork with internal leadership team and stakeholders through various project stages to understand business priorities and to ensure meaningful engagementProvide strategic and tactical technical input throughout the lifecycle of all projects to ensure successful and sustainable implementation solutionsLead change management for all projects and major system enhancementsProvide key technical knowledge on the evaluation, selection, and procurement of key vendors including software, applications, and implementation partnersIdentify and manage dependencies, issues and risks; develop and implement risk mitigation plans related to each project / initiative Curriculum DevelopmentOversee Curriculum Development for programs across ACCESCollaborate with program directors to assess and develop program content Lead Digital Services Team to develop and deploy solutionsAssess digital learning platforms for effective deliveryCustomer ExperienceDevelop and/or improve high-level performance measurement standards in key areas such as customer satisfaction and service impactDevelop and/or improve data collection mechanismsAnalyze data and identify trends, strengths and areas of improvementDevelop action plans to address key priorities to improve customer experienceContinuous Improvement & Cross Departmental CollaborationCollaborate with Program Delivery, IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to understand their data and digital solution needs.Work closely with executives and department heads to align data and digital initiatives with overall business strategies.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to align with organizational priorities.Continually optimize systems to streamline and reduce data entry and duplication.Team LeadershipRecruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of professionals in data management, analytics, and digital solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Regularly report to executive leadership on the progress of data and digital solution projects.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with data management and digital solution implementations.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practicesSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in data strategy development and execution.Extensive background in leading digital solution development and implementation.Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and digital technologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.We are currently on a hybrid work schedule, working in the office and from home.
